Prepare a file the form can read
Use a JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB. For a HEIC photo, export a JPEG from Photos or Shortcuts. Check the saved type. Changing .heic to .jpg does not convert the picture.

Find the download
Safari puts the MP4 in Files, in the Downloads folder, unless you chose another place. Saving it into Photos depends on the Share sheet on that iPhone. The site cannot push the file into the camera roll by itself.
The finished film
On zombielovestory.video, 12 seconds at 720p or 24 seconds at 480p uses 10 credits. 12 seconds at 1080p uses 26 credits. You can choose 9:16 or 16:9. The gun is lowered and never fires. One hard cut continues the same gesture inside the memory. Likeness can vary. The sample films show the cut, not a guaranteed match to your photos.
