Information used to provide the service
We use your Google account name, email address and login session to keep your films and credits private. When you choose to upload, we store the two reference photos and the scene, frame and size needed for that film. Selecting photos in your browser alone does not upload them.
During generation, an uploaded photo is available at an unguessable address on this website so the video model can download it. That address is removed when the film becomes ready or the job fails. Scene stills and example portraits are part of the website, not copies of your photos.
Generation and payments
Submitting a job sends the reference photos, scene stills and video instructions to the video model. Films use Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0, or Seedance 2.5, depending on the length and size you choose. We use Cloudflare to host the application and store files. Waffo Pancake handles payment details; we retain order status and credit records, not your complete card details. These providers process data under their own terms and retention practices.
Video content moderation
Before delivering a generated video, we send a temporary access link to the private video for automated content moderation. The check looks at sampled frames for NSFW and special-care content. We retain the moderation task status and verdict with the video job to handle delivery decisions and support requests. Videos that are flagged or do not receive a complete assessment are not delivered.
This assessment covers sampled frames and can produce false positives or miss content between samples. Passing the assessment does not guarantee that the entire video is safe. The moderation service processes the video under its own terms and retention practices; deletion of our copy does not confirm deletion of provider-side copies.
Retention and deletion
A finished film is stored on this website and scheduled for deletion 7 days after it becomes ready. Download and keep your own copy within that window. Uploaded reference photos are deleted when the film becomes ready or the job fails. Deleting a film revokes its playback on this site. Provider-side copies follow the provider’s retention rules; deleting our copy does not confirm their deletion.
We retain account, order and credit audit records as needed for account service, resolving disputes and applicable recordkeeping duties. Contact support for account deletion or access requests. We review which records can be removed and explain any records that must be retained.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and site usage. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers and receives information such as pages viewed, referral sources, and browser and device details. For information about Google's handling of this data, see its privacy policy.
Your choices
When you send a support request, content report or appeal, we use your message, contact information, order or job references and any lawfully provided evidence to investigate and reply. Share only the information needed for your request. Relevant records may be kept for support, safety reviews, disputes and applicable legal duties.
Use only photos you have permission to process. Do not submit sensitive documents. You can delete generated videos from Your videos and contact support@zombielovestory.video for privacy requests.
